We are seeking a seasoned technical expert to join our team as a .NET Support Specialist. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical expertise and exceptional problem-solving skills to handle complex infrastructure challenges.


This role requires a strong communicator who can work independently with minimal supervision and has a proactive attitude. The ideal candidate will have experience in product support/tech support, proficiency in C# and .NET, working experience with databases – SQL queries, making API calls using POSTMAN, jQuery & CSS, and troubleshooting problems and debugging glitches.


The successful candidate will also have familiarity with ticketing systems, experience handling queries, and some functional experience with AI/Bots is preferred. Additionally, the candidate should be able to work remotely and independently and have excellent English communication (written and verbal) skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support multiple projects with functional expertise
  • Provide support to clients in the USA via various communication channels
  • Handle issues and troubleshoot technical/functional problems as they arise
  • Work on various platforms to support multiple projects and processes
  • Coding and debugging to resolve technical issues
  • Act as the sole point of contact (POC) for clients based in various countries

Requirements:
  • Experience with Product Support / Tech Support
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficiency in C# and .NET
  • Working experience with databases – SQL queries, making API calls using POSTMAN
  • Working experience in jQuery & CSS
  • Troubleshooting problems and debugging glitches

Desirable Skills:
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems
  • Experience handling queries
  • Some functional experience with AI/Bots
