Our holistic service offering addresses advice on all facets of the marketplace, including expansion, portfolio optimization, fulfillment strategy, product presentation, promotions, advertising strategy, and brand building.
Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of sellers, producing business recommendations and actionable insights, leveraging knowledge to drive seller objectives, consulting on opportunities and potential business impact, and gaining trust with each managed seller.
