, About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Operations Manager to lead our logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily tasking requirements, workflow, and processes to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage processes, ensuring all operations procedures are followed effectively
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to management
• Evaluate and analyze current work methods and recommend ways to eliminate inefficiencies
• Maintain a safe workplace and ensure safety is the highest priority
• Comply with all ASC Environmental, Safety and Health (ESH), Waste Management and Quality Assurance requirements, goals, policies and procedures
Skills and Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in logistics management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
