We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Account Manager to oversee the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies across our portfolio of e-commerce clients.
About the Role:This critical role will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with key client stakeholders, driving business growth through data-driven insights, and ensuring seamless campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain open lines of communication with assigned clients, fostering trust and collaboration throughout the account lifecycle
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify opportunities for revenue growth and develop tailored marketing solutions to meet client objectives
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations to optimize ROI and exceed client expectations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ecommerce marketing to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition
- Proven experience in marketing account management, preferably within an ecommerce or digital marketing agency
- Strong understanding of ecommerce marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, paid advertising, and email marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset and attention to detail
