Empowering football clubs, agents, and players to succeed in the transfer market requires a strategic partner who understands their needs. As a Customer Success Manager for the LATAM region, you will be that partner.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding Excellence: Deliver exceptional onboarding experiences for new soccer clubs, setting the tone for long-term partnerships.
  • Customer Relationships: Build close relationships with senior-level decision makers at football clubs, understanding their goals and challenges.
  • Platform Utilization: Drive usage and participation of your clients in events, ensuring they get the most out of our platform.
  • Issue Resolution: Go above and beyond to solve customer issues, demonstrating your commitment to their success.
  • Portfolio Optimization: Analyze and optimize the activity of your portfolio on the platform, ensuring alignment with overall objectives during each transfer window.
  • Feedback Loop: Collect feedback from customers and share it with our Product and Data teams, driving continuous improvement.
  • Lead Generation: Provide lead generation opportunities to our sales team through your network and relationships.
  • Customer Experience: Work closely with the Finance team to ensure seamless payment and billing experiences for your customers.
  • Renewals and Upgrades: Proactively manage client renewals, upgrades, and retention to minimize churn.
About You
  • Background: Ideally, you have a strong Customer Success or Account management background in subscription or membership businesses, or in sponsorship sales in sports environments.
  • Skills: Highly organized, excellent communication skills (online, phone, in-person), and customer-facing expertise.
  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of the LATAM football landscape, experience with online events, and familiarity with technologies that drive efficiency and scale.
  • Languages: Fluency in English (written & verbal).
  • Travel: Willingness to travel at least 75% of the time.
