Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to collect blood donations from volunteer donors in a compassionate and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, medical assistant certification or phlebotomy certification, and 6 months of experience in a healthcare environment. They will also need to be proficient in basic computer skills and office tools, such as Microsoft Office.

As a collector, you will work variable hours, including early mornings, late nights, and on-call shifts to cover weekends and holidays. You will also be required to perform tasks such as setting up supplies and equipment, completing daily quality control checks, and ensuring all equipment and supplies are available before each collection event.
