Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in CS leadership roles, preferably in SaaS companies.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Hubspot.
  • Results-driven profile with a focus on ownership and accountability.
