Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales leader to drive business development and operational results in individual cities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering information, formulating, and executing operational strategies to continuously improve new onboarding and operational plans.
This role requires an end-to-end perspective, quickly identifying core frontline issues, communicating feedback to headquarters, integrating resources, and expanding business efficiently at low costs.
The successful candidate will manage teams with diverse cultural backgrounds, establish scientific training mechanisms, and cultivate international business talents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Lead and manage sales teams to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and colleagues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
Requirements:
- Solid background as sales leader with strong experience in sales team management
- Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory for international report
- Strong team collaboration skills, with a willingness to actively share work experience and provide actionable suggestions
