About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Support Engineer to join our team at Redwood Software. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to our software products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and knowledge base articles.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the industry.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Expert-level knowledge of software development and technical support principles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
