Growth marketing professional wanted to drive user acquisition, brand awareness, and affinity in the Brazilian market. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a growth strategy based on local market insights, collaborating with central marketing and product teams, and setting short and long-term goals to ensure incremental growth.
About the Role- Develop and execute a country-level growth strategy aligned with business objectives and driven by local market insights.
- Collaborate closely with central marketing and product teams to plan, execute, and measure all growth activities related to the country.
- Set clear short and long-term goals, track progress, and report back to stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement across marketing channels.
- At least 6 years of experience in growth marketing with exposure to both paid and organic channels.
- Proven expertise in strategizing, building, optimizing, and scaling Paid Social (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) and Ad Creatives.
- Deep understanding of the Brazilian market through hands-on experience in high-growth consumer-focused technology companies, preferably in the technology space.
- A self-sufficient individual who can work independently in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities while multiple teams rely on them.
- Full proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese is required for this position.
