We are seeking a skilled Market Growth Strategist to lead our expansion efforts in the Brazilian market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to increase our market share in Brazil, including leading sales initiatives, acquiring new clients, and building relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.

The role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of forex trading, financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks, as well as experience in business development and sales with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.

A key aspect of this role is leveraging existing contacts and onboarding new Introducing Brokers (IBs) to enhance our market penetration, ensuring business operations align with local regulatory requirements, and representing us in industry events, networking opportunities, and market discussions to strengthen brand recognition.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with another forex broker.
  • Deep understanding of forex trading, financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong book of clients and Introducing Brokers (IBs).
  • Proven experience in business development and sales with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Ability to lead a team and drive business growth.
  • Must be based in Brazil.
  • Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Country Manager or Business Development Head.
  • Established reputation in the FX industry.
  • An existing team or network that can be mobilised quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver KPIs.
