Taking on the role of a Store Head, you will be at the forefront of leading our sales team to success. Your responsibility will be to drive sales and profitability targets, while fostering an exceptional client experience.
As a dynamic leader, you will lead by example, motivating your team to deliver outstanding results. You will also play a key role in developing and training staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales generation and management, with a keen eye for style and a passion for people. They must be able to adapt to various situations while always representing the brand true to its legacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the sales team to achieve exceptional results
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external clients
- Model and uphold Tiffany & Co. client service standards
- Ensure exceptional operational support to drive sales and service
Requirements:
- A minimum five years of store management experience within a luxury retail environment
- Proficiency in English
- A keen eye and interest in style with a passion for people
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills as you work with a diverse client base
- Ability to be innovative in your foresight; your role will require you to adapt to various situations whilst always representing the brand true to its legacy
- Proven track record in sales generation, managing the achievement of sales results
