As a Senior Member of our Front Office team, this position has responsibility for leading sales teams, establishing objectives and implementing sales programs. They are instrumental in ensuring a positive, supportive and motivational culture, maintaining and improving sales performance through the training, coaching and development of their team.

We're seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our sales team and drive business results. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading sales teams in developing prospects, coaching and mentoring colleagues. Responsible for developing their skills and helping them progress through their careers.
  • Pitching and closing deals with prospective clients by phone and face-to-face meetings
  • Managing customer relationships for new customers to ensure smooth onboarding and first trades
  • Providing accurate forecasting of expected sales volume
  • Implementing regional sales programs for sales action and training plans with colleagues and other leaders
  • Ensuring adherence to company-wide sales methodology and sales administration processes
  • Being involved in the recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members

  • The ability to develop sales strategies and techniques based on client feedback and knowledge of the market.
