Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a team of technical experts in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving Agile process and ceremonies, facilitating team continuous improvements, and delivering projects while ensuring the team follows Agile framework rules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve Business Objectives: Drive Agile process and ceremonies, facilitating and conducting team continuous improvements.
  • Project Delivery: Deliver projects and enhancements, ensuring the team follows Agile framework rules and meets daily objectives.
  • Impediment Removal: Remove impediments in the organization to maintain Scrum team pace, helping manage relationships with outside stakeholders.
  • Communication: Serve as communication liaison between the team and Product Owner, System Architect, Release Engineer, and stakeholders.
  • Talent Development: Develop people through coaching and foster a positive work environment.
  • Metric Collection: Collect and report progress metrics on a regular basis.
Qualifications
  • Education: B.A./B.S. degree in Information Technology or Business.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of meaningful work experience in Scrum Master Position.
  • Agile Framework Knowledge: Knowledge and experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • JIRA Expertise: Experience leading product backlog preferably using JIRA.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to think strategically and tactically to resolve problems, prioritize, and balance multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility in working hours is required (occasional overtime or weekend work).
  • SAP Projects: Significant experience in managing SAP projects and managing project teams.
  • Global Teams: Experience working with global teams and global projects.
  • Teamwork Skills: Good teamwork, communication/information sharing, and influencing skills.

Additional Qualifications: Scrum/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification, English advanced proficiency, and Spanish intermediate language skills are desirable.
