Job Overview

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers. Your role will involve driving commercial goals by anticipating and fulfilling customer needs.

This position focuses on managing large regional accounts with low-complexity purchasing processes. Your objectives include delivering growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction through strong strategic planning, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of industrial sales experience, a Bachelor's degree in chemistry or chemistry engineering, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining a sales pipeline focused on future growth opportunities, delivering commercial targets by optimizing share, pricing, and profitability, and negotiating pricing and margins using value-based selling tools.

You will also promote and quantify value-added solutions tailored to customer needs, foster customer loyalty, and minimize account erosion through consistent value delivery.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, along with proficiency in using CRM and sales tools, and fluency in English (spoken and written).

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 5 years of industrial sales experience

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or chemistry engineering

• Valid driver's license

• Willingness to travel

Preferred Requirements

• Experience managing large regional or multi-site accounts

• Familiarity with value-based selling and reverse pricing tools

• Knowledge of supply chain and customer service processes

• Technical knowledge to support customer trials and troubleshooting

• Understanding of market and industry trends
