The Opportunity- We are seeking a process improvement expert who will map, enhance, and document processes that empower our support agents to provide seamless and effective services.
- Focus on risk prevention in the customer journey, optimizing customer journeys to improve user experience.
- Create clear documentation for CX Prevention agents and Risks teams.
- Analyze and report on data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Partner with internal teams to solve root-cause issues.
- Fluent communication skills in English.
- Experience in making processes efficient and optimized.
- Strong practical experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma.
