The Opportunity
  • We are seeking a process improvement expert who will map, enhance, and document processes that empower our support agents to provide seamless and effective services.
Your Impact
  1. Focus on risk prevention in the customer journey, optimizing customer journeys to improve user experience.
  2. Create clear documentation for CX Prevention agents and Risks teams.
  3. Analyze and report on data to identify trends and opportunities.
  4. Partner with internal teams to solve root-cause issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluent communication skills in English.
  • Experience in making processes efficient and optimized.
  • Strong practical experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma.
