Job Description

The Billing Manager is a key role within the organization, responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day activities of the billing teams. This individual will be responsible for building and developing an exceptional performing team in driving billing operations to manage trade collections while supporting the company's growth and protecting shareholder value.

  • Coordinate and manage general accounting functions.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of ledger accounts and resultant financial statements.
  • May participate in complex general accounting projects.
  • Direct supervision of general accounting staff.
  • Manage escalations.

This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to operate multiple software applications, and excellent oral and written communication skills.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • General working knowledge of EDI, 3rd party portal applications, and Work Order processing.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
  • Understanding of workforce management techniques and strategies.
  • Professional and exhibited leadership skills.
  • Ability to operate multiple software applications.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel Skills.
  • Problem-solving ability to resolve problems independently and take appropriate action in a timely manner.
  • Experience manipulating data sets and data mergers.
  • Previous analytical experience with high aptitude for research, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, anticipate needs, and meet customer expectations.
