Channel Sales Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Channel Sales Specialist to manage our channel partners and drive revenue growth in Brazil.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a background in cybersecurity channel sales. You will be part of our Revenue team, working to identify, develop, and strengthen partnerships with distributors and resellers to expand our market presence.

  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of Axur products;
  • Create and maintain a monthly product forecast, as well as develop, manage, and report on a sales pipeline within the territory;
  • Provide accurate weekly revenue forecasts;
  • Follow sales processes and create a strategic territory plan to achieve aggressive revenue targets;
  • Use and help develop new sales tools and presentations;
  • Schedule and lead sales training;
  • Travel within your assigned territory as necessary;
  • Work closely with channel partners in account mapping activities, participate in sales calls to present the product, and host customer events;
  • Work with channel partners to create a business plan that includes minimum quarterly sales volumes and joint actions to be taken;
  • Develop and execute a sales plan for the current Channel, including work with Channel Partners to identify and develop new business opportunities;
  • Prospect new channel partners who have the technical and commercial capacity to develop Axur in their market.

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience with similar roles in the cybersecurity sector;
  • Ability to articulate the value of a technical solution, highlighting both its technical features and business benefits;
  • Fluency in Portuguese;
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Belo Horizonte.
