We are seeking a skilled Sponsorship Manager to join our team.
This exciting opportunity involves managing the LATAM portfolio of sponsorships, assisting with strategy planning for Brazil and identifying new opportunities to bring to the attention of the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the performance of sponsorship agreements, ensuring all rights are delivered, activated and tracked.
- Develop strategic plans for Blaze in Brazil, working closely with the Brand, PR, Advertising, Digital and Content teams to integrate product and content portfolios into sponsorship strategy.
- Build strong relationships with key partners, fostering collaborative partnerships and negotiating new commercial opportunities.
- Regularly review and adapt sponsorship performance, making recommendations on exit strategies as needed.
- Proven experience managing sponsorships with sports teams or other rights holders in Brazil.
- Demonstrable ability to devise and pitch activation ideas for consumer campaigns and events.
- Excellent understanding of maximizing brand visibility through streaming and digital channels.
- Bilingual - business level proficiency in verbal and written English and Brazilian Portuguese.
