Job DescriptionThe Customer Onboarding Manager is a critical role in our post-sales team, responsible for transitioning clients from the sales process to successful onboarding and implementation of our platform. This role requires a strong understanding of client business requirements and use cases, as well as excellent project management and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring timely and complete adoption of our platform.
- Provide technical guidance to clients, supporting them through setup and ensuring optimal solution design recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver projects in a timely and qualified manner.
- Analyze and interpret chatbot data to run retrospectives and evaluations, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and confidence in our platform.
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS project management and client onboarding.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English and native language.
- Excellent project management and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of webhooks and API, with exposure to AI-driven product recommendation tools and algorithms an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
