
Regional Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee operations in specific territories, ensuring business results and alignment with key stakeholders.
This role involves supervising all operational issues across the franchise, collaborating with internal teams, and leading growth agendas aligned with company strategy.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience within the industry or KO System, with a strong understanding of marketing and commercial principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operations and results of specific Solar territories/business units through franchise leadership.
- Develop regional market strategies, focusing on execution and development of commercial & structural agendas.
- Lead internally and externally to implement regional strategies, aligning with distribution channels and big bets.
- Monitor key indicators to achieve business objectives, identifying opportunities and translating them into concrete actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
- 3-5 years within the KO System or industry.
- Desired Marketing and Commercial experience.
- Recommended Bottler Marketing or Commercial Strategy or Commercial Capabilities Experience.
