Job Overview:

The Front Line Staff F&b role is a vital position within our organization. As a front line staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in all bar service areas and table areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure cleanliness in all bar service areas and table areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for customers.
  • Communicate effectively with floor bartenders to provide accurate and fast service, meeting customer expectations.
  • Manage opening & closing shifts, adhering to relevant checklists to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain high-quality products by following exact recipes to deliver consistent customer experiences.
  • Report exceptional incidents to management and supervisors promptly.
  • Complete daily tasks as per the weekly schedule to meet deadlines.
  • Adhere to hygiene standards and wear staff attire to present a professional image.
  • Monitor fridge and freezer storage areas and beverage temperatures to prevent spoilage.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate effective communication skills to build strong relationships.
  • Work collaboratively within a team and under pressure to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills and knowledge of bars and cocktails to provide informed recommendations.
  • Ability to work within a team and under pressure to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent customer care skills and computer literacy to handle customer interactions efficiently.
  • Resume and proven working experience as a bartender to demonstrate relevant skills.
  • Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks to offer expert advice.
  • Knowledge of a second language is an asset to enhance customer interactions.
