Job Description:

This role is a critical component of our team, responsible for delivering tailored solutions that meet the needs of our clients. The Advanced Energy Solutions Professional plays a vital role in supporting and servicing customers by demonstrating product functions, technical benefits, and value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Demonstration: Develop a deep understanding of our products or services and explain complex technical concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner, contributing to sales presentations and demonstrating product benefits, value, and completed applications.
  • Client Engagement: Interact directly with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and requirements, as well as competitor information. Engage in discussions to gather information, analyze client projects and requirements, and identify opportunities where our solutions can add value.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with the technical team to design tailored solutions that address specific client challenges. Provide clients with technical support as needed and relay information to our development teams for product development and update needs.
  • Proposal Creation: Create detailed proposals outlining the proposed solution and its benefits, addressing technical aspects while highlighting business value for the client. Prepare documents according to customer requirements, including specifications, user manuals, disposal proposals, etc.
  • Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support to clients, answering questions, addressing concerns, and helping with any technical issues that arise.
  • Technical Agreement Negotiations: Involve in negotiations with clients, addressing technical concerns, clarifying expectations, and ensuring both parties are aligned on the proposed solution to form final technical agreements.
  • Risk Assessment and Problem Solving: Identify potential issues ahead and provide preventative solutions for risks. Resolve technical issues during manufacturing, delivery, and commissioning until successful handover to the client. Cooperate with internal development and project management teams as needed.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback. Generate ideas for product and service improvement and innovation based on market trends and customer inputs.

This position requires a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the local ESS market. Previous experience as an AE or SE in the ESS market, utility company, or ESS developer company is advantageous. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, excellent market and competitor analysis abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills, collaboration and communication skills, logical and strategic thinking abilities, and proficiency in English and Portuguese are essential for this position.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the local ESS market
  • Previous experience as an AE or SE in the ESS market, utility company, or ESS developer company is advantageous
