Job Overview

The Loss Prevention Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the security and integrity of our operations network.

This position requires detail-oriented professionals to join us and lead efforts to protect people, product, and data within designated buildings.

This is a site-based position that may require supporting multiple business units with local travel up to 25%.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct confidential investigations and prepare prompt written reports of theft, fraud, and workplace violence/critical incidents.
  • Contribute to the identification of vulnerabilities and define appropriate mitigating actions while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Ensure internal controls per Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requirements related to area are fulfilled.
  • Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methods to drive process improvements and increase efficiency.
  • Develop strategies for alarm reduction and conduct system diagnostic for problematic devices by engaging and resolving issues with internal and external partners.
  • Serve as point of contact for and coordinate measures to manage risk with local management and external teams on all security-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance of your assigned sites with global security standards.
About the Team

We are a team of Security and Loss Prevention professionals delivering security services to business customers across multiple business units within a dedicated geographical area.

As a Loss Prevention Specialist, you will perform regular physical security audits and investigate policy violations, security-related incidents, and loss events. Your findings will help identify vulnerabilities in our processes, for which you will contribute to the development of mitigating measures.
