We're seeking a talented Human Resources Generalist to join our team
About the RoleThis role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating an inclusive work environment and providing exceptional support to employees.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various HR-related activities, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that promote employee growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offer letters
- Develop and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to employees, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner
- Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment and COBRA coordination
- Support the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
