About the Role

Amazon Servicos de Varejo do Brasil Ltda. is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join its team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our dynamic Marketplace team, you will play a crucial role in promoting and driving adoption of Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants to consistently meet/exceed quarterly targets.
  • Work closely with merchants, educating them about Amazon's high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience.
  • Recommend the most suitable shipping solutions to enhance the seller and customer experience.
  • Guide sellers on best practices for improving key inputs like selection, shipping, pricing, and catalog quality.
  • Learn and understand the specificities of your categories to spot trends, seasonal items and competitive pricing to best tailor your pitch and advice to merchants.
  • Track and report development results, analysis, interpret reports and information for your portfolio of merchants.
  • Prioritize your time optimally to achieve your targets in a KPI-driven environment.
  • Demonstrate a strategic, data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Drive measurable results that contribute to the sustained growth of the Brazil Marketplace.

Requirements
  • Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.
  • Experience with pipeline management skills to include utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools.
