About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team at Amazon Servicos de Varejo do Brasil Ltda. in Brazil. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by deeply engaging with our most strategic seller accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Development: Deeply engage with strategic seller accounts to identify opportunities for improved performance and create tailored account plans to help top sellers achieve their goals.
  • Marketplace Expertise: Analyze seller data and advise sellers on the optimal use of Amazon's Marketplace tools and programs, such as Self-Service Deals, Coupons, and Sponsored Ads.
  • Business Growth: Promote and drive seller adoption of Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) to enhance the customer experience and educate sellers on the benefits of Sponsored Ads and Amazon's Ads solutions.
  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Leverage your comprehensive knowledge of industry trends and seller pain points to map new business opportunities and inform the overall sales strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the voice of the seller, advocating for their needs and collaborating cross-functionally to address their challenges and escalate critical seller feedback to the appropriate internal teams.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and experience within e-commerce or retail fields.
  • Skills: Fluency in English, intermediate knowledge in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis), and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
