Job Description:

Role Overview:

The Account Executive plays a crucial role in the Business Sales Cycle, supporting the sales team by providing accurate proposals on time with detailed feedback relevant to the bid. This individual will have enthusiasm for the client's business, bringing knowledge and expertise to bear in QQFS' work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare bids allocated to you in a timely manner and log them properly in the MR system.
  • Familiarize yourself with the pricing and feasibility grid, timeline recommendations, and client business to provide the best possible and accurate bids.
  • Provide accurate bid proposals within pre-determined and agreed time-scales.
  • Ensure all sold projects are feasible and identify inclusion of partners where needed.
  • Understand and respond to client challenges/objectives.
  • Follow up on bids, keep a record of the outcome, and discuss change of strategy with the Managing Director if needed.
  • Prepare client contracts based on template and review accuracy of client commissioning documents.
  • Support financial goals across their individual silo by collaborating with all team members to deliver on target revenue and profit per quarter.
  • Support managing sales pipeline and timeline until project start.
  • Work closely with Operations teams to ensure client needs are understood and met to support excellent client service.
Requirements:
  • Team Work: Provide accurate briefing and ensure that information is available when required by the fieldwork team or other departments.
  • Productive Client Relationships: Foresee and forestall potential problems in all Client initiated projects/bids and manage client expectation and deliver the best outcome.
  • Knowledge of the Client's Business: Move beyond just having knowledge of their Client's business and use this knowledge whether that is in discussions with the Client or briefing the project team.
  • Creative Thinking: Look beyond the obvious to find innovative yet relevant solutions.
