Job Title: IT Support Specialist/Technician

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team as an IT Support Specialist/Technician. As a key member of our IT infrastructure support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and providing exceptional support to our users and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and cultivate stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Address user requests and redirect them to the relevant IT team members or carry out interventions independently.
  • Comply with information system security instructions.
  • Sustain the shopfloor IT environment and resolve incidents efficiently.
  • Deploy new devices on the shopfloor, including computers, IoT devices, and manufacturing devices with network capabilities.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of assets and manage their lifecycle.
  • Document all activities thoroughly.
  • Communicate effectively with users to understand and resolve their problems.
  • Provide guidance, information, and user training as needed.
