Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to lead high-impact projects from discovery through testing, training, and go-live. As a key point of contact, you will build strong relationships with clients, manage expectations, and ensure smooth delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading end-to-end implementation projects, defining project plans, timelines, and scope while managing risks and dependencies.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams to keep milestones and deliverables on track.
  • Facilitating workshops and design sessions to ensure clear communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Driving continuous improvement by identifying ways to optimize delivery and enhance the client experience.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Experience as a Project Manager or Coordinator in SaaS or tech-driven environments.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to keep complex projects on track.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with executive sponsors and technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a focus on quality and client success.
  • Fluent English language skills.
