Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our IT strategy, focusing on the intersection of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of ServiceNow solutions across various industries.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop scalable and maintainable technical solution designs aligned with best practices for ITAM and ITOM.
  • Translate customer business requirements into robust ServiceNow solutions for successful ITAM and ITOM implementations.
  • Configure and implement out-of-the-box functionalities to ensure seamless integration and high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide thought leadership and mentorship to junior consultants while acting as a trusted advisor for complex customer engagements.
  • Prioritize knowledge sharing and capacity building within the team, leveraging expertise in IT processes and industry trends.
Focus Areas
  • Mastering ITAM lifecycle management from procurement to disposal, optimizing license utilization, and ensuring compliance for major vendors.
  • Driving ITOM excellence through discovery, service mapping, event management, CMDB, CSDM, and integrations that propel business growth.
