We are seeking a skilled Market Access Strategist to join our team. This role involves developing and executing plans to minimize market access barriers, ensuring compliance with marketing goals, and coordinating actions with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase patient access to medicines.
- Manage relationships with key health stakeholders, including State and Municipal Health Secretariats, DIR, DRS, Health Operators, medical auditors, and Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBMs).
- Establish and maintain personal relationships with key opinion leaders influencing the business.
- Analyze relevant key account information and data to inform strategic planning.
- Collaborate with government and commercial functions to stay up-to-date on industry and healthcare developments.
- Engage internal and external partners, including payers, in developing long-term partnerships for sustainable healthcare and patient programs.
- Work with the Medical team to analyze clinical data and generate "real world evidence".
- Build trusting relationships with team members and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure adherence to legal, ethical, and social responsibility standards required by local law and culture.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Management or related field, preferably with scientific background.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, with management experience in biopharmaceutical firms being a plus.
- Experience in Hematology/Oncology is highly desirable, as is experience in orphan diseases.
- Proven ability to manage P&L and lead projects effectively, coordinating services providers as needed.
- Strong people management and leadership skills, with fluency in English both written and oral desired.
