Job Description

The role of Scrum Master at our organization involves creating a highly-optimized, production-ready code every day. You will be responsible for assisting the team in preparing ART and Solution Train using various tools, such as Program and Solution Kanbans and other information radiators.

As a Scrum Master engineer, you will coach teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets. This includes providing input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks, encouraging collaboration between teams and System and Solution Architects/Engineering, and working with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment.

Another key responsibility is improving the flow of value through value streams using the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps. This may involve facilitating System Demos and Solution Demos, ensuring that teams are working efficiently and effectively.

It's essential to have solid experience in similar roles, use agile methodologies, and possess excellent communication skills. Certifications are desirable, and an advanced English level is necessary for effective communication.
