We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Growth Strategist to join our Sales Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through lead generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in lead generation efforts for business development
- Track and analyze results to optimize lead generation strategies
- Analyze the outcomes of referral processes and campaigns
- Identify areas for enhancement and implement improvements
- Collaborate with the team to uncover new opportunities for lead generation
Requirements:
- Experience in sales support roles
- 1+ years in process analysis and improvement
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, able to work autonomously and remotely
- Advanced English level
