Main Responsibilities:
- Sustain and grow existing client business through research and analysis
- Manage client relationships and provide quarterly performance reviews
- Cross-sell and upsell new business opportunities with existing clients
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of progressive experience in account management
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and problem solve effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- General knowledge of account management and marketing principles
- High degree of autonomy, effective time management, and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of JIRA, Basecamp, and Confluence
- Experience using a Salesforce platform
- Entrepreneurial organization experience
