Strategic Partner Growth Manager
About The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partner Growth Manager to develop and execute plans that drive growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners to identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align partner strategies with business objectives.
- Identify and prioritize market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform partnership strategy.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partnership performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment across the organization.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales-related partner/alliances management and/or business development.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Relevant experience in the banking/fintech industry.
- Experience in account/business sales management, selling to C-Level, technical levels, and key decision-maker executives.
- Strong network with system integrators and management consulting firms.
- Curiosity and excitement about innovation in financial services and technology.
- Ability to explain benefits of working with partners to internal teams.
