
Regional Sales Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Strategist to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the LATAM region.
This role will be responsible for managing the P&L for LATAM, ensuring high-quality standards and alignment with KPIs. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in the tech or software industry.
The successful candidate will lead market forecasting across LATAM, provide strategic planning, and develop strong consultative relationships with key stakeholders. Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish is required.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Profit and Loss (P&L) for the LATAM region
- Expand territory and grow account base to meet revenue targets
- Lead market forecasting across LATAM
- Develop strategic plans and forecasts
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- 6+ years of sales leadership experience in tech/software industry
- Experience working in startup/high-growth environments
- Proven strategic planning and analytical skills
- Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish
