Our client is a leading global RV manufacturer expanding into the South American market, focusing on Brazil.
Job OverviewSeeking an experienced Business Development Manager with strong knowledge of the Brazilian automotive and RV ecosystem to lead market entry, dealer acquisition, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct research on RV trends in Brazil, including customer demand, usage habits, competitors, and regulations.
- Identify, approach, and onboard potential dealers and distribution partners for RV products.
- Negotiate commercial terms and establish partnerships with local dealers.
- Provide insights into customer preferences and business environment to guide product positioning and pricing.
- Support product launch and go-to-market activities in Brazil.
- Transition into dealer management and operational support once partnerships are established.
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Channel Management within Automotive, RV, or Outdoor Lifestyle industries.
- Strong understanding of the Brazilian automotive dealer ecosystem.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, and able to work independently.
- Fluency in Portuguese required; English proficiency preferred.
