This is a pivotal role in the industry, focused on ensuring responsible gambling practices and mitigating potential harms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough behavioral assessments to identify signs of problem gambling.
  • Engage with high-risk customers via phone calls to discuss available support tools and resources.
  • Manage and escalate concerns related to responsible gaming from internal teams.
  • Collaborate closely with AML and Account Management teams to ensure comprehensive customer due diligence.
  • Work within a shift-based schedule to provide 24/7 coverage and support.
  • Assist with responsible gambling-related translations when required.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of six months experience in a compliance, risk analysis, or responsible gaming role.
  • Prior experience working in the iGaming sector, particularly in LATAM markets (Brazil, Colombia, Peru, etc.).
  • Previous experience handling sensitive customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
  • Familiarity with working in fast-paced environments and managing confidential data.
  • Strong analytical and pattern-recognition skills for identifying problematic behaviors.
