Drive Business Growth as a Sales Analyst

Job Description:

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business strategies;
  • Support the sales team in preparing and delivering reports and presentations;
  • Prospect opportunities within clients' lists;
  • Negotiate and conduct contract alignments for technical sales;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives;
  • Assist in developing pricing strategies and sales proposals;
  • Provide insights on customer behavior and preferences to enhance service offerings;
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field;
  • Experience with sales for SMBs of technology products such as SaaS or CPaaS;
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or similar tools;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities;
  • Ability to understand complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights;
  • Experience in sales support or analysis preferred;
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment;
  • Fluency in local language and proficiency in English;
  • Prior experience in a technology or telecommunications company is an advantage.
