Supervise Shared Services Team.
The role involves leading and managing a high-performing HR Shared Services team with a focus on improving structure, adapting, and increasing efficiency. The team will oversee daily operations, conduct performance appraisals, provide coaching, and implement development plans and disciplinary actions. Additionally, the team will identify and recommend process improvements to increase operational efficiency, quality, speed, and safety, as well as conduct meetings with stakeholders to align and address process gaps.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with SLAs and global policies;
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and development plans;
- Implement disciplinary actions when necessary;
- Identify and recommend process improvements to increase operational efficiency, quality, speed, and safety;
- Conduct meetings with stakeholders to align and address process gaps;
- Collaborate with other HR teams, GBS, and external partners to drive continuous process improvements and align service excellence projects;
- Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to project plans;
- Resolve issues efficiently and escalate complex matters as needed.
Required skills and qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related experience (in People Services, Shared Services or Customers Services). Language skill: Advanced/Fluent English is required. Additional preferred qualifications include experience in People Services or Human Resources for Brazil environment, Spanish language skills, and understanding of the regulatory environment and/or experience in the Shared Services business for Brazil.
