This senior role focuses on maintaining harmonious relationships between the organization and labor unions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in labor law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex labor relations scenarios.
We are seeking an experienced professional who can provide expert guidance on labor-related matters, develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks, and foster open dialogue with union representatives and frontline teams.
This is an opportunity for a seasoned labor relations specialist to take on a leadership role and contribute to the organization's success.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead collective bargaining negotiations and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with labor authorities, union representatives, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide expert advice on labor law compliance, government regulations, and industry trends.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize labor-related risks and costs.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to design and deliver training programs on labor topics.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, or related field.
- Postgraduate studies in Labor Law or Labor Relations (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in labor relations, preferably in industrial or global environments.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, union structures, and eSocial, DIRF/GFIP, Payroll Compliance.
- Familiarity with labor court procedures and inspections.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
