About the PositionWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Labor Attorney to provide guidance on labor laws, policies, and collective bargaining agreements. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in labor relations, including negotiations, arbitrations, and mediations.
- Represent management in labor disputes, collective bargaining negotiations, and legal proceedings.
- Provide expert advice on labor laws, policies, and procedures to executives and managers.
- Collaborate with other attorneys on labor-related matters and develop effective labor relations strategies.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Juris Doctor degree and membership in good standing with the bar association.
- Significant background in labor relations, including collective bargaining negotiations, arbitration, and mediation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with executives, managers, and external counsel.
