About the Role

We provide customer service 24/7, every day of the year. Our operation includes agents and managers working around the globe. If you're a people person who can think on your feet, communicate clearly in writing, and empathize with customers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

  • You'll be responsible for answering customer questions and solving their problems via voice support.
  • Effective communication with our customers is essential.
  • You'll also need to coordinate with peers and your manager.

To succeed in this role, you'll need fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written. Excellent communication skills, personal integrity, and a strong orientation towards task completion are also essential.

Requirements
