This is an exciting opportunity to join our legal department as a Senior Legal Counsel. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance to the business on a range of matters including contract law, regulatory compliance, and litigation.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective strategies to mitigate risks and achieve business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing legal advice and support to the business on a range of matters;
- Developing and implementing risk management strategies to protect the organization's interests;
- Representing the company in negotiations and dispute resolution;
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement business plans and strategies;
- Managing and maintaining relationships with external counsel and other stakeholders.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced lawyer who has a strong track record of delivering high-quality legal services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent qualification;
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
