We are seeking a seasoned Account Executive to lead commercial efforts and acquire B2B customers for our innovative digital solution.

About the Role

This key position will be responsible for developing and managing enterprise sales pipeline, designing strategies for each account, and engaging with stakeholders across organizations. The successful candidate will ensure product delivery and serve as the primary point of contact for clients' key stakeholders.

  • Develop and manage enterprise sales pipeline - discovery, qualifying, presentations, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing
  • Design the strategy for each account
  • Engage with stakeholders across organizations, from originators to senior-level executives

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in grain origination, excellent consultative sales skills, and the ability to construct and articulate a tailored business case. A strong understanding of the Agribusiness sector and proficiency in English and Portuguese are also essential.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in grain origination - as an originator, key account manager, and/or merchant/origination trader
  • A dealmaker at heart, with an insatiable drive to close deals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, both in English and Portuguese
  • Excellent presentation skills and executive presence
