The primary responsibility of this role is to assist the Brazilian key account sales team in achieving sales targets by providing support with sales and operational tasks.
Job Description:This position involves assisting chain merchants with financial reconciliation data, problem solving, and monthly/quarterly reports. Additionally, the professional will be responsible for conducting market research and competitive analysis, supporting business data broadcasting, and providing strategic guidance to the sales team.
Responsibilities:- Support customer needs by following up on their requirements and assisting merchants with financial data reconciliation.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide strategic guidance and support in executing business incentives, asset management, expense tracking, and other sales-related tasks.
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of experience in business support, operation management, or project management.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and high sense of responsibility.
Fluent Portuguese language skills are preferred, as well as translation experience. Knowledge of the Brazilian market or clients is also advantageous.
