Strategic Account Growth Specialist

 

As a Strategic Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our most important customer accounts. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products or services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact and build strong client relationships by fostering open communication and trust.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and upselling existing offerings through data-driven insights and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer expectations.
  • Monitor and improve client satisfaction by addressing concerns proactively and refining products or services based on feedback.
  • Oversee the successful implementation and ongoing growth of accounts using data analytics and performance metrics.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Fluent English is a must; Spanish is a plus.
  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager or Client Relationship Manager with international customers in the payments industry.
  • Strong understanding of payment technologies, financial services, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented.
