Contract Coordinator
Draft, review and manage contracts between organizations to ensure successful partnerships.
- Coordinate with legal teams to optimize standard contract templates.
- Track contract performance, identify potential compliance risks and ensure key terms are fulfilled.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding & Qualification: Execute the onboarding process, including document collection and qualification screening.
- Build a database with complete and up-to-date documentation.
- Support the development of SOPs and digital systems for merchant qualification and tracking.
Compliance & Risk Control:
- Enforce compliance policies and educate partners on related requirements.
- Assist with routine audits to mitigate labor relationship risks.
- Work cross-functionally with legal, finance and risk teams to develop a sustainable partnership model.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration or Operations.
- 2+ years of experience in contract management, partner onboarding or compliance.
- Prior experience in logistics, food delivery or platform-based operations is advantageous.
Desirable Skills:
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in documentation systems and workflow tools.
- Proficiency in English language.
