Job Title: Sales Director Leader for Media Hub Revenue Growth

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our dynamic Media Hub in driving revenue growth and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership:
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing regional sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team culture focused on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Analyse the performance of commercial activities by using key metrics.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share and revenue within the media industry.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with senior management to establish sales targets, budgets, and performance metrics aligned with business objectives.
  • Business Development:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, advertising agencies, and media partners to drive business growth and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals and maximize revenue potential.
  • Sales Operations:
  • Develop and implement sales processes, tools, and systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyse sales data, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  • Collaboration:
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide insights, share best practices, and coordinate activities to support sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • Advanced communication skills in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, to be utilized in commercial negotiations and partner relationship management.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the media industry, with a focus on marketing and sales media products.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Experience managing and developing sales teams to achieve targets and drive results.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools (Preferred Knowledge in Pipedrive).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Estimated Salary: R$ 15,000 - R$ 25,000 per month
